檢視log紀錄，錯誤訊息如下：

SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input while parsing near '...:"0.6.2","typescript"'

node、npm和typescript（全域）重新安裝還是出現相同的錯誤訊息，

解決方法：https://github.com/npm/npm/issues/19072

執行下列指令：

npm cache clean --force

執行npm help cache，查看說明，說明中也有提到如果磁碟損壞會造成錯誤。一般來說除了回收磁碟空間之外，通常不需要清除緩存。
